Twisted side effect of wearables: I definitely, objectively, have a cold. No fever or anything but my head feels gross. But because I got some extra sleep Oura thinks I’m ready for an ironman today (90 readiness, 94 sleep). Therefore I feel like a little weakling. 🙃
